Freezer doesn't freeze ice cream???

Thank you for sharing your experience! Ice cream has a lower freezing temperature than water, so it may need a colder environment than most foods in order to freeze solid. We would recommend lowering the temperature in the freezer or placing ice cream nearer to the back of the freezer where it is generally colder. Please also ensure that the vents at the back are not being blocked from distributing cold air!
