Still trying to decide about the quality

Good Refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator as an upgrade of an older one. This one for me is better since it doesnt have the glass grill. Bought it in white. SInce day one this refrigerator is always cold it even freeze the milk and eggs when not open in all day.

Freezer issue, no longer an issue?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Oct 2019. It has been a great fridge/freezer until last week. Everything in the freezer seemed to be unfreezing. I checked the temperature and with the freezer on max-freeze temperature it would not go below 20 degrees. Yesterday, it decided that it was going to work again and the freezer is at 0 degrees presently. W
hat's up with that?

We’re pleased to hear you’re enjoying your new fridge. I feel terrible about the recent matter you’ve encountered.
Is your appliance on a leveled floor? Are your doors opening/closing properly?
It is VERY IMPORTANT for your fridge to be level to function properly. If the unit is not leveled during installation, the doors may be misaligned and not close or seal properly, causing cooling, frost, or moisture problems.
If the issue arises again,
Try adjusting temperature gradually: adjust the knob in small increments, allowing the temperature to stabilize.
• For colder temperatures, adjust the knob towards coldest.
• For warmer temperatures, adjust the knob towards cold.
Also, feel free to watch this short video on how to properly stabilize your fridge’s temperature.

Keeps food cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no choice and had to purchase a new fridge as previous one no longer kept food cold. This one does the job and was the closest thing to what I had before. I am giving 3 stars because this fridge, being brand new, is loud and makes weird noises. My previous fridge made similar noises and that one was almost 30 years old so take it for what it's worth.
