Just what I needed!

Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may produce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds typically indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.
Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past. Your compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. I recommend reviewing the “NORMAL OPERATING SOUNDS AND SIGHTS” of your Use & Care guide page 18, along with watching this short video showing some of the sounds your fridge may produce.

Why change horses?

More than the last one, and? It's quiet! And yes, frozen foods stay frozen, too. What can I say? You cannot beat a Frigidaire.
