Lacks deli drawer and freezer is too cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is too cold even on the warmest setting. Ice cream turns into a frozen block. I don't like that the deli drawer is not included with this refrigerator. Very small.

Thank you for your feedback! If the items in your freezer are getting to cold or frosting over, try rearranging some of the items inside. If the back vents are blocked, they may be getting uneven airflow. We recommend storing items you want to keep softer - like ice cream - nearer the front of the cabinet and away from the air vents.
