Striving to be the best home appliance company in North America, we do value your opinion. We regret to hear that you are having concerns with ice formation with your refrigerator. We would like to recommend that you confirm that your refrigerator doors are sealing tightly. If you have not already, please refer to the Installation pages (4 & 5) of your owner’s manual. When installed, your refrigerator should have all four corners of the cabinet firmly on the floor, the cabinet should be level at the front and rear, the sides should tilt ¼ inch (6 mm) from front to back (to ensure that doors close and seal properly), and the doors should align with each other and be level. If you find that these conditions are not present please see the instructions for raising or lowering the adjustable front rollers to ensure a tight seal at the doors which can greatly affect the temperature maintained inside the refrigerator.
