Great second refrigerator

It works great and absolutely love it.
Only criticism is I wish it had solid shelves rather then the wire shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am grateful to have been able to afford a low end fridge that, in all honesty is a big step up from the old clunker I had prior to this. Having gone a few months with nothing more than a small college dorm fridge after my old fridge died was not fun!
Pros: This model has the optional feature of an ice maker. I suppose most, if not all newer fridges do, but it's nice to be able to have a choice if money is limited.
Generally, it has the modern features that one would hope for. Simple things, but pros nevertheless. A closed flat back cover which is much easier to clean than the old dust collecting radiators on older models, adjustable feet, wide seals on the doors, an it's easy to clean inside and out.
Cons: -I take extreme care to keep things working as long as I can get them to. Only about 8 months in and after the third cleaning, I'm already noticing how cheap the clear plastic parts are. Specifically, the butter door already has cracks forming. You really can't do better than that Frigidaire? The fruit/veggie drawers are made from the same cheap plastic.
-The glass insert for the drawer cover, is already showing scratches, despite using caution to avoid this sort of thing. It seems to me, there is very likely a simple solution to this that wouldn't increase the price all that much.
Overall, I love this new fridge. I just feel, in this day and age, companies are choosing to use cheaper materials and pricing the same as if the quality was better. Things are and have been getting cheaper and cheaper for big companies to produce their products. You'd think the savings would trickle down to the customers and employees if the company really cared. Just my two cents.

Enjoying my new Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Frigidaire last month and just the right size needed. The only flaw I have found is there is no cover over the light bulb. So when putting items in the refrigerator I have to be careful of not hitting or touching the bulb.
