Nice Simple Fridge

The big selling point for me was the ability to add a kit that allows it to work better in an outdoor garage environment when cold weather hits. I have the kit, available on Amazon, but have not yet installed it.

Sure runs loud!

except ice cream bars are a little softer than expected. But this fridge is loud. I can hear it running clear from the living room. Freezer area small and items block the fan, added ice maker makes it real tight.

Thanks for the feedback, Rachel 2158. Ice cream is made from several ingredients to include water, milk and other dairy products, along with fat. Depending on the amount of each ingredient, your ice cream (sherbert, frozen juice or even yogurt) will freeze differently and at different temperatures. I recommend you move your ice cream to the lowest part of the freezer and as far back as you can. Please review page 18 of your owners manual for the normal operating sounds here- http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Anderson/A04555603en.pdf.
