Works for what I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in February, getting a replacement under the guarantee. The freezer door frame was warped. It’s taken nearly a month to get authorization for the replacement so it’s a good thing we had another unit to transfer our food. Will be using the replacement unit in the garage for drinks and overflow items. Confident the replacement will meet he manufacturer’s usual high standards. Believe this was a one time issue.

Broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is 2 months old and 3 weeks ago we went away for 3 days and came back and the fridge had kicked the breaker and we lost $150-200 worth of food . Since then the service guy has been out fix and diagnose the problem . So 2 days later the fridge is at 73 degrees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't get as cold as it seems like it should. The Freezer takes about 10 hrs to make ice. Ice cream doesn't get solid. The Refrigerator gets things barely cold enough to keep from spoiling, but not cold enough to make some things enjoyably ice cold.

Not overly loving it

I bought this because I needed a particular size and this fit bill. Also received rebate. All that was good but... shelves are not adjustable and only place to put milk size containers is on bottom shelf or on door. door shelving brackets hang out beyond shelves so thinner bottles fall through. If shelves aren't packed, it's a real noisy situation when opening door. The freezer door sits higher than the top of the refrigerator and therefore there's a large space between refrig door and freezer door. The meat drawer fits awkwardly and isn't level. I also find the motor loud. Poor worksmanship at corners of door openings- showing metal between seams . Sure wish there was a freezer light. As I won't be buying new refrigerator for a while, I am stuck.
