could do better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the left side had a bad touchup. the refrigerator door gasket had red ink marks all the way done it and now the freezer is making a knocking sound so im having to call a repair person. this refrigerator was purchased at the end of this september!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Okay for the price

to noisy !!! and inside temperature is 40 degrees I can not get it any colder I am worried about when it is summertime it is now spring

jest old man, I know how frustrating it can be when an appliance is not functioning as expected. When checking the temperature in a refrigerator, opening the door, location of the thermometer and air flow patterns can create variances in the temperature. Use a thermometer in a liquid that has been cooling for more than 24 hours (like milk, juice, or in a jar of pickles) to ensure an accurate reading. You should not need to have the temperature set at the coldest setting. Too new for full review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought less than a month ago-not overly impressed. Crackling and popping noises when cycling on. Now know this has been an issue, not horribly distracting & getting used to it but it shouldn't occur. Fridge portion seems too cold no matter the setting, but nothing has actually frozen YET! Doors require that you firmly close them by hand. My old Frigidaire required only gentle pushing while your hands were full and the doors would secure. Definitely not these, I keep double checking to be sure they are closed. Probably okay as a second unit due to the price point but this is my primary refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Checked the freezer the other day and ice cream was soft, Pizza wasn't frozen. Temperature is set on coldest setting. Put a thermometer in today. Waiting to see what the temperature is.

It keeps food cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As top-freezers go, it's a featureless basic refrigerator with wire shelves, adequate space for a 1-person household, maybe 2. It came with the house, so this is what I got. Temperature measurements indicate both the freezer and refrigerator sections keep the food cold. It's not too noisy, and that is important to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
