Very loud while running

WE can hear this refrigerator running in the back bedrooms. We needed to get the first one replaced (after purchase) because the condenser fan was bad and it was brand new. Now, we have another noisy refrigerator. Need to get a repair man out to check it out because the evaporative fan on this one is either bent or loose. It is less than 1 month old and already calling service

I bought it a few months ago. Had a problem with frozen water droplets forming at the front of the top of the freezer. The seal looked good so I thought I just didn't have it tilted back enough. Didn't do any good. When I brought it in for service I was told this was a regular complaint. Seems that the seal design has a tendency to leak. New seal and silicone seems to have solved the problem but I'm told to keep an eye on it. Just to be fair I bought another frig just like this one and no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Freezer problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer will not hold temperature, it was -20F then 3 hours later it was 30F. I had ice cream in freezer and it got soft!

Is your appliance on a leveled floor? Are your doors opening/closing properly?
Your unit must have all bottom corners resting firmly on a solid floor. The floor must be strong enough to support a fully loaded unit.
It is VERY IMPORTANT for your fridge to be level in order to function properly. If the unit is not leveled during installation, the doors may be misaligned and not close or seal properly, causing cooling, frost or moisture problems.
Try adjusting temperature gradually: adjust the knob in small increments, allowing the temperature to stabilize.
• For colder temperatures, adjust the knob towards coldest.
• For warmer temperatures, adjust the knob towards cold.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with my new mobile home. I wouldn't own another. It makes a pecking noise when it kicks on. I have had it looked at twice. Just the way it is made can not do anything about the noise.

Please review the Normal Operating Sounds and Sights in your owner’s manual. Your variable speed compressor is designed to run 100% of the time except during the defrost cycle. Does not work in a garage

Bought this in April/2019 to replace my old garage refrigerator, stopped working when the inside temp went below 40 F.

A little worried

Overall, the refrigerator is the size/configuration I need. I am concerned though, that in order to get the freezer cold enough to make ice cream somewhat solid, I had to turn the dial to the coldest setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
