Outside finish awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the outside because it is so easy to clean and only need to wipe down whenever it needs it.
The little noise they say is normal sounds like a mouse behind the refrigerator. My dog has got used to it and doesn’t bark anymore!

Will not keep icecream

Hello, Rayman77. Thanks for your feedback. We feel bad to learn you’re having this hiccup with your new refrigerator. Keep in mind ice cream may not freeze, being that it is a sugar-water solution. Crystallization, along with other variables, would cause it not to freeze solid.

Try adjusting your freezer’s temp in small increments, allowing the temperature to stabilize. It may take a few attempts to get the right setting for your needs.

• For colder temperatures, adjust the knob towards coldest.

• For warmer temperatures, adjust the knob towards cold.

Also, feel free to watch this short video on other ways to stabilize your fridge’s temperature.

brand new appliance not working

I recently purchased this item for a rental. It has not worked since it arrived. Lights go on by it does not get cold. I have never had this happen with a major appliance. Very disappointing and costly.

Bad Product

We bought this refrigerator/freezer new in Sept. 2019. It's mfg. date was August 2019. We used it only two thanksgiving so it probably only has no more that 14 days run time on it and it stopped working. We keep it unplugged when we don't have company up for the holidays. The appliance repair man stated it has a small refrigerant leak and it is cheaper to buy a new one than to repair.

Very loud noisey compressor.

It is a good thing this is not in our house, or I would have returned it. I use it for a spare refrigerator in my garage.

Only size our space would handle

I bought this a few months back. Glad I still have my side-by-side refrigerator out in the garage. This new one is very limited as to how much frozen and regular food I can store in it. Motor is VERY noisy. Actually wakes me up sometimes at night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
