Refrigerator stopped cooling twice since purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased the refrigerator on January 2 2018. It stopped cooling 1 month later. Technician was sent to location. Tech said tenant had groceries cover the intake or exhaust blower (Not sure which it was) Today (3/14), my tenant called me back and said it is not cooling again. They lost food again. I want another type of refrigerator. Can Frigidaire pay for my tenant food loss?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate that your tenants have experienced any matters with their refrigerator. In researching, I was able to see that you were able to speak to one of our corporate managers on March 14, 2018, who was able to provide you with a resolution to your matter.
Should you still have any questions pertaining to the resolution provided to you, we do recommend you that you reach back out to the corporate manager you have spoken with.
I was able also able to locate the warranty for your refrigerator and unfortunately, food loss is not covered under the warranty.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience.
