Fridge section didn’t cool past 48°

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is a nice unit but something was wrong with the refrigerator part and it would not cool below 48° they send a technician out to fix it we’re waiting for parts

So Far, So Good

I purchased this refrigerator two weeks ago. I have been out of town the last week, but my family in Texas has reported no problem. The refrigerator is a second refrigerator that we placed inside in the laundry room. So the refrigerator operates in a constant 72-degree Fahrenheit environment.
When I turned the refrigerator on, it cooled to 34 degrees Fahrenheit within two hours, and it would have easily cooled to a lower temperature if I had set the temperature lower. I monitor temperature with a wireless thermometer.
My refrigerator is a white plain Jane model without an ice maker, but it works very well and is exactly what we were looking for. The freezer compartment also works well.
Photos accompanying the refrigerator show its various compartments, so I won't comment on them. We have found nothing that we do not like about the refrigerator -- no problem with noise or cooling.
We expect all refrigerators to perform well when new. Only after ten years will we know how good this refrigerator really is. Meanwhile, we're happy.
