Broken after 2 years

Really disappointed in this fridge. We purchased it in spring 2016. By April 2017 the fridge handle started to crack at the top. We were still under warranty and had a replacement handle sent to us. Last month, the drawer that sits above the crisper fell through the support piece that holds it up (unsure why – we don't store anything abnormally heavy on our lower shelf). The shelf bracket can't be repaired, so we're now having to buy a new fridge. I'm really disappointed that this fridge fell apart in less than two years of normal use. This fridge doesn't seem to be made with quality materials or workmanship, so buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in October and wasn't informed that it is not garage ready. Nor did I know that garage ready was even a concept. Waiting on a free repair that that tricks the electronic relay into thinking it is warmer than it actually is. I didb't know I had to be a tech genius in order to make an informed purchase.

I am dismayed to hear of your displeasure in your new refrigerator, biiiiigmike. Unless clearly marked for garage use, most of our refrigerators are intended for indoor use. If you install your refrigerator in a garage or other unheated area, you may experience freezer temperature problems during the winter months when temperatures dip below 55° F (page 15 in your Owner’s Manual). Upgrading your refrigerator with a Garage Kit will lower the minimum operating temperature of your unit to 34° F. Even with a garage kit, sustained exposure to ambient temperatures below 39°F will likely result in freezing of food and beverages stored in the refrigerator section. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge brand new last month. It fits perfectly through the standard door and fits in refrigerator hole. It's very quiet. Reversing the doors was fairly easy as well.
