Freezer not getting cold enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer stopped freezing...the fridge is currently located in a cold garage and the freezer is not completely freezing items. It is currently at the coldest level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I regret to hear of your experience with your freezer. I understand that your refrigerator is located in a garage. You want to make sure that the refrigerator is not installed where the temperature will drop below 55 degrees Fahrenheit or rise above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor will not be able to maintain proper temperatures inside the refrigerator.
If you do have it installed outside of the recommended temperature, you may be able to purchase a garage heater kit, part number 5303918301.
Should you wish to place an order you can contact a Frigidaire part specialist at 1-800-599-7569 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience. I hope this helps!

Too early to tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit performs quite well. It is quiet and maintains even temperature levels with big changes in food volume. I must say that any durable product should be reviewed after 5 or 10 yeas of service not after just a few weeks of service. Check back in 3-5 years and I'll present you with a valid review of this product.
