Frosting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this fridge a week now. It has a frost/ice build up problem on the inside right near the corner in the fridge door and in the freezer... we have done the leg adjustments and recently raised the temp thinking it might help.
I like the color, I was not over thrilled with the service of delivery. The guys were accommodating but I felt pressured to leave it as is cuz they were in a hurry.

Keeping it basic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I got tired of my stainless steel not hold up to the value that I thought it should've. When you up grade to fancy sometimes you have to NOT forget where you've been. In this case I'm glade I didn't forget!

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my fridge now for 40 days, since day 16 all you hear is the motor. Sounds like a plane getting ready to take off! You open the fridge to get a beverage and then boom, getting ready for take off. Would be AWESOME if I got a response back!!

Cheap interior parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge 3+ years ago. Though I have no complaint about its function yet. I have many issue with its interior cheap parts.
All three door rails have busted. One broke completely and the other two cracked. We do not really put any heavy stuff in the doors. Mostly plastic containers. It is not our primary frisge but one we added in the garage. It is not frequently opened.
Also the rails holding the glass sheets above the drawers completely broke. I had to use plastic weld and add a metal support bar underneath to put the rails back together. It is now much stronger than the cheap light plastic these are made out of.

Keeping the food cold as expected but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the refrigerator for a few weeks and it keeps the food cold and the freezer is at 1 degree but there is condensation on the roof of the freezer and drips on the top of the freezer door. I have not called the service team as of yet. I was hoping it would resolve itself by leaving room for the air to circulate near the fan and by making sure the gasket is tight enough. The problem is continuing as of today. Not so happy about this.
