Nothing but problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are currently on our second refrigerator. The first one had 2” ice cycles inside the freezer. It was replaced with a second unit and now we only have a layer of frost in the freezer due to a defective door seal. Under the manufacturers one year warranty we must have a service company come out and confirm the leaking seal and then wait while they order the part and schedule another service appointment to have it installed. I would not purchase this refrigerator knowing what I know now.

Less than a year, freezer stopped working

Bought this fridge less than a year ago and the freezer isn’t working properly. I noticed it a few days ago when my ice wouldn’t fully freeze.

Great Working Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this refrigerator for 5 months and it works great. The only thing we learned the hars way, is that you cannot pack the freezer to capacity. When this happens, it freezes the fan, causing the refrigerator portion to stop working. All we had to do was clear the freezer some and it's working properly again. Other than that, it works great and keeps items really cold on the recommended setting.

Freezer frost over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator for the garage. Its fine for a basic fridge. However, in the short amount of time I've owned it there is ice building up in the freezer. The few items I have in the freezer have frost.

I bought a second one?

My new is not defrosting and it's brand new. What is one to do? I've been waiting two weeks for the service company to recieve a part? Not happy!

Not working from the start

unacceptable noises

I bought this fridge a month ago. It keeps the food cold, no issues there. What I find unacceptable are the tapping/snapping noises it makes each time the compressor engages, noises the owner's manual states are "normal". The sound stops after about one minute, but it happens every time the motor engages.
This is not "normal". In my entire life I've never heard a fridge do this. I would NEVER recommend this product to someone else.
You're stuck with this purchase because no one has a chance to read the owner's maual before purchase, nor do you get to hear one running.
