Freezer does not seal

very nice size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago. I is very nice, keeps things very cold. I don't like the wire shelves because the water and some soda bottles won't stand up straight. It makes some weird noises every now and then.

Freezer doesn't keep food frozen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer has failed to keep food frozen. I've tried making sure it wasn't overfilled, etc. and still some things like ice packs are frozen while food partially thaws. The vendor is swapping it out for another one next week.

Easy controls with nice features for fruits and vegetables. Still using it as a 2nd refrigerator and freezer. If it keeps stuff cold for 20 years, I will be very happy.
