Failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been returned to the store. After about a week cold, I found the refrigerator section at room temperature. The freezer defrost apparently failed. The refrigerator gets its cooling by air flow from the freezer. When the defrost failed, the passage was blocked and the refrigerator received no cooling. Of course Frigidaire said I was on my own for the lost food.

Freezer issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the time of initial set up there is icicles accumulating in the freezer. Hard to get through to schedule warranty work. Very dissappointed! When an appliance doesn’t work correctly, it should be replaced. It’s a lot of money to put out and have problems!

doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has not worked since the day it was delivered. I had a repair man come who did not fix it. I requested another service call and it was scheduled, but they never showed up. I have to wait at least 30 minutes to discuss this on hold and get no answers.

Not the best experience

Not All That Great
