Lost food 2x in the freezer in first month I had it. Repair guy came out said there’s nothing wrong. So now I’m left with a frig I’m scared to put anything in for the fear of having to replace food a third time.

Absolutely hate it!

It’s SO LOUD I can’t stand it! I wish I could return it! My 17yr old one (a Frigidaire) was twice as quiet! The door shelves design were better on my old one, I have to squeeze a gallon milk container into the top spot! There’s no light in the freezer! I have buyers remorse every time it turns on!, which is too often for the amount of times the door is open!!! It kills my dog too! Ughhh

I apologize your experience has been less than great. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly.
