Great size, but lacking in other areas

I have had this for a few months. It is quite loud when it is running.
I never had metal shelves before. I miss my glass shelves that contained spills, instead of these metal ones where it just falls to the bottom and gets over everything.

It is working well (i.e., maintaining the correct temperature). However, the front door is misaligned, so it doesn't close on it's own; it needs a good "shove" to make sure it closes tightly. Also, the level adjusters are non-operational; the hole which is supposed to allow adjustment is blocked by a piece of metal. I had to put a block of wood under each corner to raise the front to the proper height.
Maybe this is all you can expect out of a relatively cheap, basic unit.

Hey there, dr grossman! I hate to hear that you are having trouble leveling your fridge. The fridge needs to tilt 1/4" from front to back to allow the doors to close properly. According to your Parts Manual, you have a leveling screw foot. While there is a piece of metal at the top, you will be making the adjustment from beneath that metal. Please refer to the diagram (figure 3) of section 5 of the following Installation Guide:
