[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not aware when I bought the unit that it was an 'open box'. I had to have a service call to replace items related to the 'defrost' cycle and the light 'flickers' at times...The jury is still out as to the defrost cycle as the repairs were done on 9/6/17...
