[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes loud clunking noises like rumbling pans several times a day. Then clunkings often. Scarry but refrigerating. But for how long?

These noises are typically part of normal operations and may be amplified by the size of your room or the type of flooring. We understand these sounds may take some getting used to! Won't make this mistake again.

We bought this refrigerator two months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it since. It ran for exactly one day, then wouldn't maintain the correct temperature in the refrigerator compartment, while the freezer section froze solid. The appliance center sent someone to look at the unit the next day and corrected the problem (we thought).
Three weeks later, the exact same problem occurred. It took 4 days for the appliance center to send someone to look at it, and the result was he couldn't determine what the problem was. Four days later, we again called the appliance center, this time about an excessive frost buildup around the freezer door, probably due to a faulty gasket. We were told that a replacement gasket would be ordered for the unit. This was almost two weeks ago, and as of today (9/16/19), the only answer from the center that sold us the unit is that they don't know where it is.
It goes without saying that we won't be customers of this particular appliance center again, or Frigidaire.....

Not happy

It’s not working as well as I expected. I can’t get it to a good temperature. It has water in the bottom that I have to wipe out everyday. I is level. Just frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came in my new doublewide at the beginning of August. It doesn't cool. Parts people have came out twice now. Still not working, but under warranty. Can't get a new one.
