Freezer gets too warm on the highest setting.

Bought in February would not stay cold. Store delivered another one and the freezer will not stay cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad Frig, I regret to hear about the freezer in your refrigerator not cooling on the coldest setting. If your refrigerator is in an area that gets below 55°F, you may need a garage kit. Please ensure your gaskets are contacting the frame of the freezer compartment all the way around, and are fully seated in the retaining channel. Great simple but large mid size fridge

Terrific extra frig - just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this frig for the garage when we found out our daughter, who has celiac, with her hubby and her 4 and 6 year olds would be moving I for up to 6 months while their home was being renovated. Because of her condition and the special foods she eats, we needed lots of extra frig and freezer space. This frig, for a small amount of money, fit the bill

Turned out its not designed to operate in already cold areas like our garage, the Freezer wouldn't freeze? They came right out and fixed it with this heater kit, works like a champ! couldn't be happier
