Customer and warranty service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased this new refrigerator approximately 11 months ago and the fridge handle had broke. I had thought the store where I purchased the fridge had sent in the warranty on the appliance and come to find out they hadn't. When I called Frigidaire customer service to explain what had happened, they were very understanding and helpful!! They filed the warranty for our fridge for us and said they would mail out a new handle which we received in less than a week. Our fridge is as good as new and we are so pleased with Frigidaire Customer Care!!
