Likely defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the unit in early December. Ice cream was soft with settings set to coldest fridge AND coldest freezer. Put in thermometers to take data for last 3 weeks. Fridge holds steady at 38F (OK) but freezer wanders between 0 and mid-20s, usually around 18F. This is MUCH too warm for a freezer (should be 0) and will likely damage food. I guess I need to call service. Will update this review (if I can) as the saga unfolds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About a month old.Requested service man because it seems to run all the time. He checked it out, agreed, but had no fix. Still the same. Local utility had program to upgrade and save energy. Can't believe any savings here. Am 88 and at a loss what to do next ???

Reliable Name in Refrigerators
