Good size and layout for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this refrigerator for what I spent, but it is very loud at times. Pops, knocks and hums loudly a few times an hour.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your refrigerator review with us, rwfairbanks. The sounds you’ve been hearing are part of your appliance’s normal function. For example the popping sound you are hearing may be coming from the defrost heater. During defrost cycles, water dripping onto the defrost heater may cause a hissing or sizzling sound, after defrosting, a popping sound may occur. Most new refrigerators are designed to save energy. These refrigerators are equipped with low energy consumption fans and compressors. The modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Page 18 of your Owner’s Manual addresses the normal sights and sounds your refrigerator may demonstrate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my fridge for about four months and it does everything I need to do, took no time at all to get to the temperature settings I preferred and maintains those temperatures consistently. Nice little fridge, I like it.
