Sr M, thank you for sharing your refrigerator experience with us. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable. You will find a list of normal sights and sounds your refrigerator may exhibit on page 18 of your Owner’s Manual. If the door is rubbing and not shutting by itself, your installer may not have adjusted the tilt. Page 6 of your Owner’s Manual shows how to do this yourself.
