Not cold enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for two months. The temperature in the refrigerator will not get colder than 40-42. I do not feel like this is cold enough to keep the food safe from harmful bacteria. It should be at least 38 degrees like every previous refrigerator that I have had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good morning, Yaya65! We certainly hate that your refrigerator is not cooling properly. Your doors may have been left slightly open by a product. This could be from your refrigerator not being leveled back. Make sure refrigerator is level side to side and tilted about ¼ inches back allowing your doors to close. Keep food and containers from blocking the door closing. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Thank you for choosing to become part of the Frigidaire family, Tik74! With your gasket is pulling out of the channel, I have some things for you to try:
1) Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry.
2) Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring the gasket is secure all around the door.
If the gasket is fully seated in the retaining channel, but still doesn’t not seal completely, use a hair dryer to carefully heat the gasket while the door is closed. Be careful not to damage the interior door panel or gasket by applying too much heat!
If gasket seal is still open after you have done these steps, flip the gasket 180 degrees:
1) Completely remove the gasket from the retaining channel around the door edge.
2) Rotate the gasket half a turn (180 degrees).
3) Reinstall the gasket by inserting the corners first into the retaining channel (kind of like a popular plastic storage bag that zips to lock).
4) Work the gasket towards the middle, ensuring that it is fully seated in the retaining channel.
