[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the product itself. also because I had faith in the name brand. but after getting it home we discovered that a front screw type leveling adjustment was not shipped. when we called the place of purchase we were told to go back and take one off of another unit. I personally didn't like that idea. We called back and spoke to a manager, he was nice and told us he would mail us the missing part. We received the item, but when we went to install the piece we discovered that the entire mounting plate was not installed during production. We had to go back to place of purchase and explain this. A person a the store removed the missing mounting bracket from another unit and gave it to us to take home to install these two parts ourselves. We did install what was missing from our unit. Personally I feel this is a very bad way to handle an issue like this. Poor way to be treated and also a poor way to get the part we had to have. now the is another unit that someone else will purchase and have the same problem we have had,,,poor handling of this problem. I will not purchase your product again until some one can explain how and why this issue even happened. And an apology from your Company. Thank you your time for ( hopefully someone will read this and address the problem)...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator about a month ago and I love it. The bottom stays so cold that I have water bottles icing up and the freezer freezes just perfect. It's very quiet and I really like that. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Working Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these refrigerators. One for our garage fridge and one for a summer cottage. Have had both for @6 months and they are working just fine. Only thing I can say negative about it is that the storage on the fridge door has only a bar to hold items in place so that the items (such as water bottles) can slip through the bottom. Otherwise it's great!
