Very noisy I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 2 months ago had problems with the first one and the delivery ppl. The first one was very noisy and kept me up at night. 2 weeks later they brought me a replacement refrigerator same one but the same problem very noisy would not recommend this refrigerator

Not an overly impressive fridge. Cost was the reason I got it.

Worked great for a couple of months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My garage fridge, it is nice and roomy. Unfortunately, it quit runner no within a few months. I called and a service company under warranty came out and installed a garage kit and said that the cold was why it wasn’t running. They said within 48 hours it would regulate its temp with the kit on. Lo and behold that was a Friday and it still wasn’t working Monday. I called again and they can’t come back out for another week. Hopefully they can fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback on your purchase. It is recommended to not install the refrigerator where the temperature will drop below 55 degrees Fahrenheit or rise above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor will not be able to maintain proper temperatures inside the refrigerator, which is why a garage heater kit was possibly recommended.

However, we are sure the technician will be able to successfully resolve your matter under your warranty coverage.

Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 months of use the refrigerator broke down. The compressor stoped working and there was no freon in the unit. Also the handle broke. I would not recommend this product. I think it is poorly made.

Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator at the end of February and it was delivered at the beginning of March. Towards the end of March the compressor went out and I loss $300.00 worth of food. It sucked because I was told my food couldn’t get replaced even though it wasn’t my fault that the compressor went out.

Is not cooling/freezing nearly strong enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was fine, fridge was clean and free of dents/marks/etc. A few weeks into using it now, we've realized it's not cooling things in the bottom part very well, as well as in the freezer, even on their max coolness levels.

I am dismayed that your refrigerator is not cooling to your expectations, raeII90. Unless clearly marked for garage use, most of our refrigerators are intended for indoor use. If you install your refrigerator in a garage or other unheated area, you may experience freezer temperature problems during the winter months when temperatures dip below 55° F (page 15 in your Owner’s Manual). Upgrading your refrigerator with a Garage Kit will lower the minimum operating temperature of your unit to 34° F. Nothing but trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing but trouble. Doesn't hold temperature, spoiled food with in first 2 weeks. Piece of junk. Very disappointed in this purchase. Had repair man here and replaced temperature controller, kinda works now. But temperature selector almost to max to barely keep at correct temperature.

Always running too loud

I thought that the high efficiency fridge would be a good buy. I was wrong, this thing constantly runs and makes all sorts of odd sounds. Not what I expected and quite disappointed. Will never buy another Frigidaire product.
