the shelves are dissapointing

I bought this for my rental and because my last Fridgidaire lasted 16 yrs. I lived with it for a month before moving out to my new house. It is a loud refrigerator. I bought it instead of another brand that was similar because the outside looked nicer but I almost wish i would have gone with the other brand because the wire shelves, especially the wire shelf in the freezer is so difficult to move that I was unsuccessful and it stayed at the level that i did not want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this last month and I am very happy with it. At first I thought it would have less room than my old one, but I was wrong. it does a very good job of cooling as well. and I like the metal racks since I think they are stronger than the glass racks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this as a second fridge about two weeks ago. We are very happy with it so far. The one item we would prefer was different is the plastic bins. We would prefer something more sturdy, but most fridges have the plastic bins.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It took a little while to adjust the temperatures, but now it's great. I am disappointed in the freezer shelf. It's ending from the weight. I don't think I would have bought this if I had known how flimsy the shelves were.

Not sure it is keeping correct temps as ice cream bars are soft and icicles forming on opening side of freezer door.
