I have had the fridge for two and a half months and the fridge part quit cooling. The have replaced the "brains" of the fridge and other still doesn't cool. I'm awaiting it getting fixed. So far it's been a 4 week process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product

I was looking for a simple fridge with plastic coated rack shelves, rather than glass shelves and was happy to find one at a decent size and a good price, as well. I do miss a meat keeper for cold cuts, however; but find that I can manage without it by using a covered plastic container. The freezer is impressive...it freezer meat and ice cubes very quickly. All in all, I am happy with your product and hope that it gives me many years of worry-free use.

I bought this eight months ago. It worked great upon delivery. But after five months it wasn't blowing cold air anymore. I called customer service, as the fridge was still under warranty and they out me in contact with a local repair shop. The repair was done at no cost to me. Great customer support and service. Awesome choice of repair business as well. Speedy response time and now it's back to working order and runs great!

I like the refrigerator BUT not happy with the ice cube maker. In less then a month I had to have a new one. No way should it have gone that quick. Still not sure if its working right. It has been about 18 hours and I still don't have many ice cubes. If it doesn't start making more I will be calling again.
