issues!!!

I have owned my fridge for a couple of months and I am already waiting on my third service call! I like it but it appears to have issues that were known about by the techs, but not on any reviews when I made the purchase!

small freeze.door handle has broken.loud

my handle has already broken off.it's loud. leaks water inside.small freeze space .my son bought for me.and he isn't happy either.Seals on doors don't look like they are sealed.

Worst of the worst.
I wish I had called immediately and told them to take it back.
It is always "whinnnning"..."groaning.
Now the freezer is rock solid ice cream. And I have it on Lowest possible.
NEVER had such a waste of money. Cant afford to buy another.
And the Door Handle BROKE within two weeks !
DO NOT BUY

Im not happy with this refridgerator at all. It runs all of the time, and is very noisey.

Our new refrigerators are designed to be more efficient in that they use newer components and run at a consistent speed/temperature for a longer period of time using less energy. If your refrigerator is located in a non-humid and not warm environment and you have set your appliance to the appropriate temperature settings (37ºF for refrigerator and 0ºF for your freezer section) you should notice that it runs at a lower speed for a longer period of time. This is one way it is designed to save on energy. Appliances use more energy when they constantly turn off and on. Our refrigerators are designed to allow the fan components inside to run after the compressor turns on. This allows the internal components to cool and the machine to rest even though you may still hear something running. Don't put in the garage!

I bought this a month ago, but the freezer won't get below 25 degrees. Repairman told me that these are made so that the thermostat is in the fridge part. Because it is cold out now, the fridge doesn't need to cycle as much so the freezer isn't getting any colder. Ice cream and high sugar things will not freeze thoroughly. Repairman did say that it wold be fine in summer. I wouldn't have bought had I known that and no one at the store mentioned it.

A disappointment

It seems very poor at controlling temp. My milk on top shelf freezes. There is always water on everything inside, with much water on the bottom shelf and even inside the 2 bottom drawers. Water on the top of flat items on top shelf freezes. For being a frost free freezer there is a lot of frost on items. We have thermometers in freezer and refrig; both say temps are at the recommended level of zero and 40.

Not cold enough

We bought this a couple of months ago. Both fridge and freezer are set to maximum cold. It keeps items chilly, but not cold like my other fridge. Also won't freeze things well. I have to finish the freezing process in my other freezer
