Freezer doesn't keep ice cream hard

Bought freezer about 6 weeks ago and not able to keep ice cream hard in the freezer...disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT THE BEST refrigerator

I bought this a month ago when my old one quit. This one was the cheapest price I could find with the size that fit my kitchen. I wish I had looked at it further before I bought it. It is nothing like the picture; only has 3 shelves and 2 of those are the wire kind so that you cant set anything on it that doesn't have a flat bottom. It doesn't even have a drawer in it for lunch meats/cheeses; I had to use the old one from my old refrigerator. If I had to do it over again, I would look harder. It does well with keeping things cold and the freezer works well. It is kinda loud---it sounds like an air compressor when it comes on.

Leaking water into the refrigerator section.
We had the tech out to fix it 3 times.

I bought this a month ago and have had the service team out twice to look at the fridge/freezer. The freezer does not freeze.

Great Fridge

I bought this updated version of a one I purchased 30 years ago! I didn't want to get rid of the old one because it didn't give me a day's problem..but I didn't know how much longer it would go. I hope this one lasts as long!

worst buy ever

With in a few hours of delivery, we noticed the freezer door had damage. Within days of that the weather strip came out of place. Then the refrigerator door handle cracked. My electric bill went up since we bought this fridge. Stay away from this model.

Bought 1.5 months ago now repairman out twice already still not keeping cold. Now freezer is not cold. Bought new fridge to save good not loose because it is warm.
