Not pleased

Poor design...temp control (which doesn't seem to work) is in the top middle of refrigerator section and I'm constantly hitting it because it can't be seen as you are standing in front of the unit. Ice forms inside the freezer door, the unit makes all kinds of weird noises. Not what I was looking for in a new refrigerator.

This is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. It is extremely noisy. The door handle broke off already after only 4 months. It does however keep the food cold in the refer, and frozen in the freezer. I will never buy another frigidaire appliance.

When the refrigerator is running it is very noisy and clicks. It also runs every time you open the door.

Hey SherylTibb! Our refrigerators are designed to allow the fan components inside to run after the compressor turns on. This allows the internal components to cool and the machine to rest even though you may still hear something running. If you still have a concern of sorts, please contact us directly. -Kind Regards, Theresa

The produce drawers are way too small. A bag of celery will not even fit. The ice maker takes forever to make ice, then doesn't make much. The door handle broke off within a few weeks. This refrigerator may be cheap, but it is NOT worth the price.

The refrigerator is nice looking, convenient to use, and keeps the food at the right temps BUT there is a leak from the freezer into the fresh food section A repair person has already been here twice. Fingers crossed that this second repair holds out. He did tell us that this model has this problem consistently. Until Frigidaire reconfigures the design to eliminate the leak, I cannot recommend this model.

Not cooling properly.

Having to run at almost maximum cooling to maintain a safe temp in the refrigerator. Will need to call for a check to see what the problem might be.

Response from frigidaire.comBy Anna, Online Outreach Specialist, January 8, 2016
Hi Little Skeet. We would like to recommend that you confirm that your refrigerator doors are sealing tightly, as warm air entering the cabinet can greatly affect the temperature within the refrigerator and cause ice or frost to appear. If you have not already, please refer to the Installation pages (5) of your owner’s manual. When installed, your refrigerator should have all four corners of the cabinet firmly on the floor, the cabinet should be level at the front and rear, the sides should tilt ¼ inch (6 mm) from front to back (to ensure that doors close and seal properly), and the doors should align with each other and be level. If you find that these conditions are not present please see the instructions for raising or lowering the adjustable front rollers to ensure a tight seal at the doors which can greatly affect the temperature maintained inside the refrigerator. We ask that if you have any remaining questions or concerns, please contact us directly. Kindest regards, Anna
