Ok for a secondary refrigerator

We bought this without much research because our previous refrigerator died. It was selected primarily because of price and it was the right size. Although the interior is roomy, it is not user friendly. The shelves are coated wire instead of tempered glass. So only items with a larger base can be placed on the shelves without tipping. And the support piece across the shelves causes items to "bump" as they're slid along the shelves. Also, there is not much flexibility in being able to change the shelf locations and height. This fridge has 2 "deli" or "produce" drawers - I think our last one had 3. So although it's workable, I think I would have chosen another if I'd had time to look more and compare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected

Purchased this because our other Frigidaire quit after almost 40 yrs of service and didn't have time to shop around much. Even though this frig is bigger it doesn't seem to have as much storage space especially in the freezer part. This refrigerator runs all the time and makes strange noises, our old one was a manual defrost so I guess that's the new noises we hear. It does keep our food cold but as the reviews I read stated, it is noisy. We live in a two story house and anytime it's running I can hear it. There was no adjustment of the front wheels for leveling purposes even though manual said there was. We were very satisfied with our old Frigidaire but don't expect that kind of service out of this new one.
