I bought ours Frigidaire when our old one was using up electricity and leaking. Our new Frigidaire has cut our electric bill noticeably. It does a good job of cooling, though there was a slight leak into the lower refrigerator that was fixed by a repairman easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The refrigerator and freezer compartment work very well but the unit hums while running. It's not a real loud hum...I keep the refrigerator in a separate room so it's not a problem for me and I'm happy with the unit.

The frig serves my purposes well and delivers value for the cost. I wish I had bought glass shelves and that the freezer had a light but those were my oversights.

Not worth a dime more that what we paid

We need an extra frig for an overlow of drinks and food that we store for the dogs. We decided to have our old frig as the secondary frig and use this one as the house frig. Not a good idea as this is a real low end frig - wire shelves and cheap door shelves. It's NOT ment to be a primary frig. The door doesnt shut real well and we have to turn the temperature setting low than we did on our older frig! We will be selling it which stinks cuz u know we wont get our money back out of it! Spend an extra couple of bucks and get a better one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
