Never stops running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because my 20 year old one was running all the time. At the time there was 2 of us but now its only me any the door might get opened once in the morning and a couple times when I come home. It runs 20 hours out of the day, I get up at night running, get up in the morning running, come home from work running. Turned down past recommend still stuff in there almost like out of freezer. Only 2 months old, sad!!

Not what the picture shows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture that was shown of the appliance included a cold cut draw and assumed that one came with the refrigerator. Disappointed that it did not come with the cold cut draw.

poorly made

This refrigerator is a waste of money. First of all the freezer is VERY small but the selling tactic says it is great for large families, NOT. The freezer door has very poor suction. When you close the fridge the freeze opens. You are open the freezer with your baby finger with little effort. I would not recommend buying this.

Typically, this is caused by air quickly moving from one area to the other, and the force of this air causes the other section to open. We hope we can better serve your needs in the future!

Refrigerator level adjustment on model FFTR1814TW

The instructions show the front rollers can be raised or lowered to level by using the screwdriver slotted ( or 3/8" socket wrench ) screws on the front. They do not exist. The adjustable wrench leveling front screws are nearly impossible to get to as the cabinet to floor clearance is less than the width of an adjustable wrench.
