Love our new freezer

Works great as a second fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a second fridge for all the large grocery runs during the pandemic. The fridge has been great for that, but it's not perfect. The bottoms drawers come off the tracks easily and screech. The freezer is only cooled when the fridge cools, so if we don't open the door much, the freezer warms up.

Good product, but not for cold garages

Hello, Mcaz! Thank you for your review. This product performs well between a 50 and 110-degree ambient. Below 50 degree ambient, the freezer control should be adjusted to the coldest setting. The product will operate down to 39 degrees ambient, but there is a risk of food items freezing in the fresh food compartment. To reduce the risk of food freezing, fresh food control should be adjusted to a warmer setting. We hope this helps! Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer door interior keeps icing/frosting up. A LOT. Every time I open it I have to scrape the ice off. Also the sopports that hold up the glass shelf are too far apart and the shelf falls dow making the drawers unuseable.

For the shelves, we’d try placing less items on the shelf to start and see if that helps. With the frost, sometimes food can get stuck by the door and prevent the door from closing. This could be a simple cause for the frost, and we’d recommend checking for any obstructions. You can also double check that the entire appliance is level and that the doors are aligned (there should be guidelines in the User Manual if you need them).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are used Govee sensors, wrapped in plastic wrap, to measure the Temperatures in the freezer section and the non-freezer section of the refrigerator on a minute to minute basis. The app provided a graph on a minute to minute basis of the maximum temperature, minimum temperature and average temperature. I have read that the average temperature should be 0°F or below. See the photos.
