Freezer not freezing

I bought this less than a year ago and the freezer stopped freezing to the level that some of my things thawed out and went bad. Now I can get it to freeze like it used to.

Great fridge

It was like a newer version of the one we had. We love this fridge with its sleek black design and plenty of space. Kudos on the removable/adjustable shelving.
