deli/cheese drawer. I had to buy a small plastic bin to use in place of the drawer. #2 there is not a shelf for ice trays only a place where an ice maker hooks up. I live in a rental apt. Most landlords don’t care about ice makers. This new fridge replaced a 30 year old fridge that didn’t have a deli drawer. Why would Frigidaire build a 2021 fridge without a deli drawer. Very frustrating. I’ve had it a week and still can’t get the freezer to stop icing up. Again, very frustrating.

We love when we receive feedback about our appliances. It provides us with great details of what customers are looking for in future appliances. While this model is not designed with a deli drawer and ice maker, we do have other models that has the features you are looking for.
As for the frost build up in the freezer section, please check your door seal to ensure there is a tight seal all the way around. Please try wiping down the seal with warm soapy water and drying it off completely. Should you still need assistance after this, call us at 800-374-4432 Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 8 pm EST.
