Need Help with the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello we purchased our fridge in October and we are having trouble with the freezer. The freezer is thawing and then re freezing at times. I reached out in December and have not heard anything back. I would greatly appreciate if Fridgidair could get in touch to help me fix this issue.

Freezer doesn't freeze when full

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Nov 2020 as a second fridge for overflow from our main one. We have found that if you fill the freezer past half capacity, it doesn't stay frozen even on the coldest setting. Also, the bottom shelf of the fridge seems flimsy as ours broke when we put a few full pork loins on it.
