Our Frigidaire was affordable! Being on a tight budget, this worked well for us. It keeps the food nice and cold, the freezer is great also. Clean up and spills are easier to wipe also. Just right for my mother and I. Good quality! Thanks
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Frigidaire Friend! I hate to hear your refrigerator is not cooling below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Your doors may have been left slightly open by a product. This could be from your refrigerator not being leveled back. Make sure refrigerator is level side to side and tilted about ¼ inches back allowing your doors to close. Keep food and containers from blocking the door closing. You can also double check your door seals. To do this place a dollar bill between the body of your refrigerator and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then your door gasket may need to be replaced.
Another suggestion would be to check and see it the condenser is dirty. A dirty condenser blocks air that dissipates the heat that the condenser removes from the unit. Clean the condenser every 6 months and more if you have animals in the house. Make sure debris is not in the condenser fan stopping it from turning.
If you still have a concern of sorts, please feel free to send us an email message to SocialCare@Frigidaire.com with the following in the subject line: “Consumer Review (Consumer Name)” so we can promptly reconnect with you. If it is possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you provide your full contact name, address, phone number along with your appliance's model, serial number and date of purchase. Our team is eager to speak with you and restore your confidence in our brand! On behalf of Frigidaire, have a great day!

Hello Tom B! We want to personally thank you for sharing your important quality and design feedback. Your voice and suggestions matter to us as we constantly strive to be the best home appliance company in North America. Looking beneath your toe grille, there should be a leveling screw or leg to adjust your refrigerator. Raise the front of your refrigerator enough so the doors close freely when opened halfway. Your refrigerator should slope ¼ inch to ½ inch from front-to-back. Then level your refrigerator from side-to-side. We ask that if you have any remaining questions or concerns, please contact your local retailer or us directly. Kindest regards –

Good Afternoon, Joec. First, allow me to thank you for purchasing our appliances and becoming part of our extended Frigidaire family. We hear your voice and appreciate that you have taken your time to share your important quality and design experiences. Striving to be the best home appliance company in North America, we do value your opinion. We regret to hear that you are having concerns with the temperature maintained in your refrigerator. We would like to recommend that you confirm that your refrigerator doors are sealing tightly. If you have not already, please refer to the Installation pages (5 & 6) of your owner’s manual. When installed your refrigerator should have all four corners of the cabinet firmly on the floor, the cabinet should be level at the front and rear, the sides should tilt ¼ inch (6 mm) from front to back (to ensure that doors close and seal properly), and the doors should align with each other and be level. If you find that these conditions are not present please see the instructions for raising or lowering the adjustable front rollers to ensure a tight seal at the doors which can greatly affect the temperature maintained inside the refrigerator. We ask that if you have any remaining questions or concerns, please contact us directly. Kindest regards – Anna
