i have replaced this which same brand frigidaire refrigerator i bought 27 years ago
and was working perfectly. Reason for replacement is for energy conservation.

My old frig actually had caught fire and melted wires so we were in desperate need of a new frig. This model was a little smaller but the structure and look fit right into our kitchen. The kids absolutely love it!! The price was so affordable too!

Reliable and Sturdy

We bought this refrigerator to put in our basement. We needed it to serve multiple purposes; we are having our kitchen completely renovated and needed a "temporary" kitchen while the work was being done. As anyone who has had construction done on their house knows, work completion timelines are extremely "fluid": our kitchen was started in April and is STILL not completed! The Frigidaire has been great: it holds a decent amount of food and has withstood the constant in-and-outs of a family of four. Because it's being housed in our basement, there's a fluctuation of room temperatures and humidity, yet the refrigerator seems to run smoothly and keeps food fresh. It runs pretty quietly, which doesn't affect the sound in our media room next door. It also cleans up easily, a big plus considering the construction work is happening on the floor above the basement and the fridge is getting bombarded with construction dust!
Eventually, the fridge will be used to store beverages, extra food, and frozen prepped soups/casseroles/sauces made with veggies from our CSA. This fridge is a basic, affordable option that has served us well. The freezer is a little small, so if this was the only fridge in the house, we would've gone with a fridge with greater storage capacity. However, since it will eventually be used for storage, this fridge is working out to be a great option!
