It sucks

Great value for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for about a month now and so far it works great. Great value for the money. Minus 1 star because the fridge freezes the food in the back if you put the temp level on the "recommended" setting.

Too much temperature fluctuation in Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this frig for 23 days now after waiting 5 weeks to get one in stock. I already had service out once since the freezer does not stay at 0 or below for what it seems a lot of the time. The service person said this is just how these new frigs are due to the heater in the freezer having to go off a lot to defrost coils. I have the freezer set to the highest level and the frig almost to the highest level. Still big freezer fluctuation. The service guy did not check anything with any gauges only said this was working properly.... I really do not buy this. I am not sure what is going on these days with appliances. My new Whirlpool Frig last year was having similar issues and the damper and control module had to be replace. Also, had a new Whirlpool dehumidifier that was defective. Was supposed to be two speeds but only one worked. Returned it. Now this Frigidaire issue. These were all top rated on the reviews. Really poor quality control these days.
