[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during quarantine and -1/2 months later it quick working :( it took over a week to get a repair person here and I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food that they would not reimburse me for. Turns out that a wire wasn't hooked up correctly from the factory and cold air wasn't getting to the refrigerator part. The freezer part was completely froze up if that makes sense.
The repair person that came out was wonderful.. no complaints there... but the fact that I lost so much $ in food on a BRAND NEW refrigerator was upsetting.

Not working properly.
