Was in a new construction I purchased ,I would never have selected this refrig ,too small,noisy ,had no ice maker

We are not pleased to learn you are not satisfied with the refrigerator. The refrigerator is high-efficiency and may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, or open kitchen plans may make these sounds more noticeable. Page 18 in the Use and Care Guide provides an explanation of these sounds. There is an optional ice maker, part # IM116000 available to purchase for your model. If interested, you can purchase the part from Frigidaire.com or by calling us at 800-374-4432.

Exactly what we wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrig/freezer about a month ago to replace an older side by side refrigerator that we had in our garage. At first we were a little concerned about a smaller freezer, but soon realized there was almost as much space as the old freezer. I was also concerned that it may not keep things as cold as our old unit. Wrong again. This refrigerator/freezer keeps things much colder and seems to only run about half as much as the older one.
For the price and features, I gotta say, this unit will be hard to beat.
We are very happy with this purchase. we just hope it will last as long as our old one lasted.
