Loud, Rickety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes loud noises that makes me wonder if it’s broken. The door doesn’t shut very well, so sometimes it has been left ajar.

Thanks for your feedback. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, or open kitchen plans may make these sounds more noticeable. Please refer to page 18 in the Use and Care Guide for an explanation of these sounds. We would love to make sure your concerns are addressed regarding the door, be on the lookout for an email from us shortly.

I need help and cannot find it in either the manual and installation sheet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That is the reason for one star, which I will change as soon as I get the answer to this problem. The freezer has a hard wire shelf, the freezer has four holes on each side to move the shelf but how to get the shelf out of the holes to move it up or down is a real puzzle. There are no instructions and this shelf is hard and does not move. Help! Thank you very much

Thanks for reaching out regarding your concerns. The shelf can be removed by removing one side first, to do this you can push inwards then upwards. Then the shelf should come out of the groove.
