[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this item in November 2019. Item sat in storage at store, waiting for delivery. House under renovation at time of purchase. Unit finally placed in kitchen Plugged into working electrical outlet, recommended temp settings, sat for 24 hours...Not working, Neither refrigerator or freezer get cold. Disconnected unit, tried differant outlet for additional 36 hours, not working.

I've also noticed a drop in my utility cost since I bought this. Love the fact it is very basic. I didn't have to buy features I didn't want or need.
